Development Projects
The Community Development department oversees all land development in the City of Lino Lakes, including commercial, industrial, residential, and subdivisions.
Land use applications for development projects are reviewed in accordance with City Code. Advisory Board and City Council agendas will reflect any discussion/action items. These agendas can be found on the City's Laserfiche site. Public hearing notices will be provided in accordance with legal requirements.
