Finalists and Judging
The city will identify the top photos. The finalists will be posted on our Facebook page. The winner will be determined by a people’s choice voting system - the image with the most likes will be selected as the winner.
Eligibility and Contest Rules
- Amateur and professional photographers are welcome to enter.
- City employees and their families are not eligible to participate.
- Entries must be submitted by the original photographer.
- The photo must be taken in Lino Lakes.
- Photo submissions with professional logos or watermarks will not be considered.

Get Published
If you enter the contest, you may see your work in print – even if you do not win. Photos submitted to the contest will be used in city publicity, including city publications, the city website and city social media sites.
