Walters is proud to lead the effort and offer Curbside Organics Recycling! It is a more convenient and greener way to recycle organic waste; which consists of up to 50% of household trash. This program is different from a drop-off program because it is a curbside service.
Currently, this service is available to Lino Lakes' residents who have Walters as their waste hauler. If you would like to participate in this innovative program, simply contact Walters' office at 763-780-8464 or email.

Organics Recycling is as easy as one, two, three.
- Collect your food scraps and food-soiled paper products.
- Empty your food scraps and food-soiled paper products into a BPI certified Composting Bag.
- Hand-tie your Organics can liner and place it on top of your trash inside your regular garbage cart for curbside pickup. We'll separate all Organics bags from the rest of the trash at our facility, and off they'll go to a composting facility.
