There are occasions when Lino Lakes utility personnel need to gain access to your home. The two most common occurrences are for the initial setup of the water meter and for repair work to water meters. Utility personnel should identify themselves and state the reason why they need to gain access. Lino Lakes Utility Personal will be driving a city vehicle, and have in their possession a picture ID card. This ID will be presented to any resident who requests to see it. If residents have any questions, they should call the Public Services Department at 651-982-2440 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
